All tickets are all-inclusive, so you can sit, stay, and sip without a care. Enjoy unlimited cocktails and open bar, grazing-style appetizers, a full dinner, and of course — wedding cake to celebrate the happy couple. Table for 10 - Ceremony Floor Seating: $1,600

This option includes food and drinks for all ten guests and guarantees your entire party will be seated together on the main ceremony floor. Full tables are the best way to experience the evening up close, with premium views of the ceremony, dinner, and dancing.

Individual Wedding Guest - Ceremony Floor Seats: $160

This ticket includes full dinner and drinks and is intended for purchases of 1–9 tickets.
To guarantee seating alongside your friends, please purchase your tickets together in one transaction if possible. If you’re purchasing separately from friends, include guest names and seating requests in the notes section at checkout — we’ll do our best to seat you together!

Second-Story Balcony Seating: $90 per ticket

New this year: Enjoy a gorgeous balcony view of the ceremony and celebration while still enjoying the full dinner, open bar, and cake included in all ticket levels. Please note that balcony guests will travel to the main floor to access food and beverages.

Balcony tables seat a maximum of four (4) guests, so we recommend purchasing in pairs or groups of four to sit together. (Buying five won’t keep your group together!)

Which tables are in the front row?
The front-row tables are reserved for event sponsors at select levels. These seats are part of our sponsorship packages and come with extra perks (and the best view in the house!).

What if I have two tables — can we be next to each other?
Absolutely! Just let us know in the notes section when you make your purchase that you’d like your tables together. We’ll do our best to make it happen.

Can I add more than 10 guests to a table?
Maybe! Please email events@barcs.org before purchasing if you’re hoping to add more than 10 seats. We can occasionally fit 11 or 12 guests at a table, but space is limited and handled first come, first served. If we can’t combine seats, don’t worry — we’ll make sure your overflow guests are seated nearby and surrounded by new friends.
